Create VPS

This menu is to create new VPS.  To create new VPS you should put the
following information.

* Label

  Put any string you'd like to use.

* Plan

  Select the plan for this VPS.  Depending on the plan, its price is
  different.

* Operating System

  * Template

    You can use Cloud Image distributed by OS vendors.  And basic user
    configuration and setting hostname is done by cloud-init.  You can
    put additional information as follows:

    * Hostname

  * ISO Library

    You can use ISO file immediately set by Somagu service without
    uploading ISO file.

  * My ISO

    You can upload your ISO file you'd like to use.
